After several attempts to take off these last few baby pounds with no luck, I am going to make myself accountable by blogging my diet and exercise. I am going to start with a small goal of 10 pounds by the time I go back to school in mid-August. (Although I hope to do more!) It is summer time and I have no excuse. Hopefully Parker will help me out by taking long naps and long walks. I am working on my husband to buy us a jogging stroller. We just returned from our vacation to NJ yesterday so today is a get ready day. Each day will look like the following:
Breakfast: Bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats
Snack: n/a
Lunch: Cheese Quesadilla with Salsa
Snack: n/a
Dinner: Tilapia, asparagus, and butter/herb pasta
Daily Water Intake:60 ounces
Daily Exercise: boo hoo! nothing
