Time for nap..

I just finished my very first day of The 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels. I have to admit that I wussed out at some points. After previewing the video I really didn't think it would be that bad. Boy did it kick my butt. I am sweating like a pig! It did make me motivated to do the full 30 days though. I will be back tomorrow to let you know how Day 2 of the shred goes.

  1. I did the Special K diet and lost 5 lbs. in two weeks. Since it looks like you eat cereal for breakfast anyway, you could try it. 2 meal a day Special K, and the third meal your choice. The one with the Strawberries is my fave, and the cinnamon pecan one is good too!
